SALES TAXES
These terms displayed are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Agua Bendita strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.
Orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, Texas, and Virginia, will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to the total order amount, and to shipping charges when appropriate.
SHIPPING
Policy applied to all shipments
• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays are shipped the next business day.• All business days included in this policy, make reference to "from Monday to Friday". Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included.
Standard Shipping
• The estimated delivery time displayed at the checkout is an estimation provided by the carrier based on the delivery address. The exact delivery time may vary and depends on the carrier, weather, and geopolitical conditions.• Our shipping rates depend on the state. You can see more accurate information once you enter the address at checkout.
• All orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS or USPS.
• Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS only, and transit time may take longer. You can see more accurate times at the checkout.
Expedited Shipping
• We offer a UPS Next-day service with a standard ETA of 1 business day after the order is shipped. Price depends on the state. You can see accurate fees at checkout.• We offer a FedEx Express service with a standard ETA of 2 business days after the order is shipped.
• Does not apply to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses.
• These services can not be requested or paid for after the order is placed.

Address Modifications
To request an address change or a complete order cancellation, provide the complete and detailed new address. Please take into account that this request must be placed from the same email address or phone number that issued the purchase. Our Customer Care team will do everything possible to correct the delivery address and keep you posted about it. However, this will always depend on the order status, and Agua Bendita cannot guarantee the change will be successfully applied.
In 1-2 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request.

SHIPPING PROTECTION BY ROUTE
The customer can choose not to pay for the Shipping Protection by Route by clicking on "checkout without package protection" instead of "CHECKOUT", or by unchecking the box when it appears at checkout before the "Pay Now" button.
If the customer chooses to decline the Shipping Protection / Package Insurance, Agua Bendita will not be responsible or held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

DELIVERIES
• Any damage, theft, or loss occurring in transit is not covered by AGUA by Agua Bendita. Customers who added Route's Shipping Protection at checkout may file a claim here. For more information on Route coverage, please review the FAQ here. AGUA by Agua Bendita is not liable for orders after they leave our warehouse. If the Shipping Protection by Route was not purchased, the customer should contact the carrier directly.
• In cases where expedited shipping was purchased and the delivery timeframe was not met, the customer may request a refund of the expedited shipping fee if the delay was not caused by force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., weather or political/social disruptions). The request may be submitted at care@aguabyaguabendita.com or Whats App at +57 311 808 6690. AGUA by Agua Bendita will evaluate the case and, if eligible, process the refund of the additional amount paid for the expedited shipping service.
Inconveniences to deliver the order
When the shipping information is incomplete, contains an error, or is deemed unreachable, the carriers usually attempt to contact the customer directly. However, if the carrier ends up returning the order to our warehouse, and just after the package arrives, the customer has two (2) options:• New shipment: when the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, a fee of $10 USD will apply to cover the new shipping costs, and the order will be processed only after the package arrives at our location and this new fee has been paid.
• Refund: when the customer opts for a refund instead, it will be processed only after the package arrives at our location, and the original shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
When applicable, all refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used by the customer to place the order. Please keep in mind that, since the refund is executed, it may take up to 30 days for the bank to process the balance on your card.
If the payment method was PayPal or Sezzle, the refund will be issued to the customer's PayPal or Sezzle account, and the balance will be available within 1 business day after the refund is issued.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Address modifications

Order modifications / cancellations
We are unable to modify the items or partially cancel orders. To request a full cancellation of your order please contact us as soon as possible by email at care@aguabyaguabendita.com or Whats App at +57 311 808 6690. Please take into account that this request must be placed from the same email address that issued the purchase.In 1-2 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request-
If an order cancellation request cannot be successfully completed, the User can always request a return once the order is delivered. Please take into account that shipping fees are not refunded in this type of situation. The return and refund policy can be checked Here.

ORDER STATUS
• Order Confirmation email: once the payment is approved.
• Shipping Confirmation email: when the order is ready to be picked up by the carrier.
• Out for delivery email: when the order is already on route to be delivered by the carrier.
• Order delivered email: once the order has been reported as Delivered by the carrier.
This last 3 emails contain the carrier and tracking number to follow the shipment.
Also, the customer can create an account on the website (with the same email address used to purchase), and log in to access the details of the orders through the section "My Orders". On this page, the customer can see the details of previous orders, open/pending orders, and those that still are being shipped.
