AGUA by Agua Bendita x ESCVDO

For this season, Agua and Esvcdo lean into a harmonious space with unique handmade legacies to forge an extraordinary collaboration. United by a shared commitment to craftsmanship, weaving a tapestry of artistry and embracing Latin American heritage into every stitch. This collaboration features a venture into knitwear with the use of graceful fabrics, including Baby Alpaca and Wool, as well as never-before seen silhouettes in Agua including sweaters and coats, perfect for the windy weather.

"It has been the greatest dream for us to see the Agua world enter the realm of knitwear. We see a strong connection between our botanical-inspired prints and the exquisite craftsmanship of a knitwear brand like ESCVDO. Co-creating this project has been an incredible journey, expanding the Agua universe into a vibrant and artisanal world of luxurious knitwear," say Mariana Hinestroza and Catalina Alvarez, Co-Founders of Agua by Agua Bendita.

This time, we decided to shoot our editorial in Arequipa, Peru, which is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and the presence of alpacas, which produce luxurious Alpaca Wool. The city is also noted for its fine textiles, created using traditional techniques perfected by local artisans over centuries.
